Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within Canada. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Annavizox is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@annavizox.ca.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@annavizox.ca, and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier’s investigation or claim process.
